Cancellation Policy - Phoenix Therapy Galway At Phoenix Therapy Galway, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To help us maintain a smooth and professional schedule, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below: 24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. Deposits and Refunds: A deposit is required for most of our services to secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future session. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. We pride ourselves on running on time and ensuring no one is left waiting. The full session fee will still apply for late arrivals. Service Changes: If you wish to change the type of service you’ve booked (e.g., from hot stones to Swedish massage), please provide us with notice as early as possible. Changes made at the time of your appointment may not always be possible, depending on preparation and availability. Illness or Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, can arise. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible. We assess such situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate you.
