Phoenix Therapy Galway is currently recruiting a hands-on, CORU-registered Physiotherapist to join our expanding clinic in the heart of Galway city. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist with a strong background in manual therapy, looking to work in a private, results-focused setting.
Our clinic is known for deep tissue, sports therapy, hot stone work and cupping. We attract a wide client base, from athletes and office workers to those managing chronic tension and postural issues. We are now expanding our service offering to include in-house physiotherapy to meet increasing demand for clinical MSK treatment. This is a practical, treatment-based role with a focus on direct intervention. You will work with a team of experienced massage therapists and take ownership of your own clinical caseload.​​​

​Key Responsibilities

Deliver thorough MSK assessments and treatment plans

Provide hands-on physiotherapy including soft tissue work, joint mobilisation and trigger point therapy

Use modalities such as dry needling, kinesiology taping, and exercise prescription (where qualified)

Offer injury rehabilitation, pre/post-surgical support, and movement advice
-
Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional standards
-
Contribute to a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment

Requirements

BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
-
CORU registration (required)
-
2+ years post-graduate experience preferred
-
Trained in dry needling, taping, and manual therapy techniques
-
Strong MSK clinical skills
-
Confident working independently in a private setting

Eligible to work in Ireland​​
